  1. Zeta Rho Chapter began as the local sorority Delta Sigma Upsilon at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. 

  2. Eighty women joined the new member class of Zeta Rho Chapter and the chapter was formally installed on Nov. 15, 1987.

  3. Zeta Rho was proud that six of 14 members of the campus Panhellenic in 1990 were Kappas.

Fun facts:

  1. At the time Zeta Rho was founded, enrollment was approximately 2,600 students, 60% of whom were Greek.

  2. Zeta Rho Chapter was unhoused until 2009 when the university provided a chapter house and annex "down the hill" on Broad Street as part of the school's Upper-Level Residential System primarily for juniors and seniors.
