Historical facts: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  1. After the initial contact with the university, advance planning and organization by Marjorie Matson Converse, Purdue, chairman of extension, and confirmation of a graduate counselor, the campus Panhellenic invited Kappa Kappa Gamma to establish a chapter at the University of Vermont.

  2. On March 21–23, 1980, Zeta Delta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma was established at the historic and beautiful university.

  3. Formal Pledging followed the preference brunch. As a result, Kappa gained 25 new members, including one junior, 19 sophomores, and five freshmen.

Fun facts:

  1. In summer 1991, a new house was purchased and much work was done to the beautiful 19th-century home. The house had 22-bedrooms and 32 women lived in.

  2. During its active years, Zeta Delta initiated 238 members.
