  1. Epsilon Mu Chapter became the second chapter in South Carolina in 1970.

  2. Two distinguished guests visited the chapter in 1970–71. One was Marjorie Gohn Felsburg, Penn State, and Fraternity President Louise Little Barbeck, SMU.

  3. Two of the charter members presented a plaque for the front of the elevator in Manning Hall. It identifies the Kappa floor and is dedicated to the chapter’s charter members.

Fun facts:

  1. In 1970, members participated in an antipollution rally and Kappa placed first in a competition that included all sororities at Clemson University in efforts to clean up trash on the campus.

  2. Nancy Humphries O'Dell, former co-anchor of NBC's “Access Hollywood,” was initiated in 1985. After graduating in 2019, Morgan Nichols, won Miss South Carolina!
