  1. Epsilon Chapter holds the oldest written charter (dated 1873) in existence. 

  2. Kate Ross, the first female student at Illinois Wesleyan, was one of Epsilon Chapter's founding members and served as the chapter's first Treasurer. 

  3. Epsilon Chapter moved into its current facility on East Graham Street in 1965.

Fun facts:

  1. In 1881, Epsilon Chapter adopted pink and heliotrope (purple-pink) as its colors. 

  2. Epsilon Chapter has assisted in the installation or reinstallation of four chapters: Beta Lambda, Alpha Deuteron, Eta Kappa and Theta Beta. 

  3. Epsilon Chapter is the only chapter to have two women of the same new member class elected to Fraternity Council at the same time.
